Xenoblade Chronicles X- Auklara Cross

My Cross I did for a Cross Compilation put together by LukrShiba on twitter! Such an awesome project, and so cool to see so many people participate! It was a lot of fun drawing my Cross again, especially since this was the first serious digital art piece I’ve done in a long while. 

Saw everyone in the fandom doing this, so I wanted to join in the fun and draw my Xenoblade Cross, Auklara, in one of my outfits! Now I can pretend I’m actually a part of this tightknit fandom XD  

This is one of my favorite outfits I’ve worn often this winter, I absolutely love this coat. Unfortunately, I’m always having to throw it in the wash as white anything is a magnet for stains. Fun Fact: I almost always wear some sort of hat like the one she is wearing, even to places like school. I get a lot of comments (and weird looks) about it. 

Happy 1st anniversary Xenoblade Chronicles X!  

I love X so much, it was just about everything I ever dreamed about in a game from mechs to a huge open world. And it was definitely my favorite released that year. My biggest complaint was that there wasn’t as much story as Xenoblade Chronicles, but it’s story was by no means lacking. It just needs a sequel to expand upon everything X set up! A second game on the Switch would be amazing. 

Anyways, I only had time to draw a few of the many characters (and only time to traditionally ink them at that) But I’m just happy I got something done with school finals fast approaching. Elma’s armor is a drawing nightmare though >.> She took me the longest.

I think I'd like to do this version of my Cross for Dapper Day at disneyland sometime! But, probably not anytime soon.

Auklara Cross - Xenoblade Chronicles X (Sketch) This is by far the best human I have ever drawn, I am so proud of this! I like this one a whole lot better than my previous drawing of her. I think I got the proportions much better this time. And hush, I know that is not how you hold a rifle XD This was drawn from another base I made using this site. ( I can really only draw with help from a grid, so I’m kinda limited in drawing humans >.> ) We’ll just site game logic and leave it at that

Auklara's first Skell, Techno! By this time she has far outgrown this Skell, but she keeps it around for sentimental reasons, even having it equiped with a flight unit so she could take it around Mira when not on missions. It also makes a good training Skell. Just make sure you don't wreck it! This Skell is important to her.

Finally finished a sketch of my Xenoblade Chronicles X avatar! I’m pretty proud of how it came out. Though, its not exactly as I wanted it to be. I think with my style, the head is a bit too big so comparing it with my in game screenshot, it doesn’t look how I wanted it to. Also the hands are a disaster, not so much the left one but that right one...Anyways, otherwise not pretty goo in my opinion, considering I can only draw humans with help from a grid XD

Just some of my favorite outfits my X avatar, Auklara [Cross] has worn, as well as my usual party and their outfits.I normally don’t have her in heavy armor for the decorative outfits, but I also haven’t done a whole lot of crafting yet so what I have is rather limited. A lot of the armor in the shops are pretty ugly colors too XD  Anyways, I’m going to try and draw her in one of these for like a profile thing, but not sure which yet. If I had the will, I’d say all, but I’m already quite lazy as it is so for now just one. Any suggestions?
