Tbh there4 is not enough Lando love, so let’s talk about him.

1. is esentially the mayor (baron adminstrator) of a mining city.

2. Sold Han out because Vader was threatening the people in his city.

3. Yet when Vader double crossed him repeatedly, he tries to get Han, Leia, and everyone in the city out of the Empire’s path.

4. Helped save the life of a man he’d never met, and was the reason Vader showed up in his city, gave up his seat for him, and showed him compassion.

5. Stuck with Leia, Luke, and Chewie and helped them rescue Han from Jabba the Hutt.

6. Led a borderline suicidal attack on the Empire, and won the day.

7. Is a non steriotyped black man in an early 1980′s movie. I mean…how many of those are there during that time period?

8. Wears a cape.

Lando Calrissian does not deserve your hate. He literally does not deserve it. And the fact that everyone sees him as a backstabbing traitor when he was just protecting his city, and the people of his city. I will defend Lando with my life.
