rtnenews: Robbie Williams has spoken of the need to "make things better" for young artists after the death of the One Direction singer Liam Payne.
Williams acted as a mentor to One Direction when the band competed on the X Factor in 2010, and continued a friendship with Payne and the group.

Putting all of these together; I've just seen the tweet you're all referring to: when Sam Pounds posted about it I was questioning if he had the family's approval, it seems like he doesn't and we wholeheartedly support Ruth and her family's decision! At this point in time we'd rather not support a release that seems like it goes against a grieving family's wishes. If at some point in the future they say anything about the song we'll update you all and do whatever they're comfortable with.
