Snail on the Slope
(Or I will never never never let you go)
Our first drawings of Corazon and Law. We tried to capture how their affection for each other brightened the world. (We also had fun picturing how they, with their huge height gap, would share an umbrella.)
An ancient town on the Baltic Sea coast, where a former water tower has been transformed into a cat museum - Purrarium. The museum is the largest art collection of cat images in Russia, and it features various items related to cats, such as toys, lamps, paintings, sculptures, and even a bio-fireplace.
Winter trees near the upper Pond. (Just to add some New Year's spirit to our followers)
❤ The splendour of the Batumi courtyard ❤
Every time it stops raining in Batumi, all residents do laundry at once and decorate their balconies with garlands of colourful linen. We have been collecting photos since we arrived in Georgia)

The ruler of a small country once brought a strange woman to his castle. Her hair was always wet, and she left wet marks wherever she walked. The courtiers warned him to be wary and send her away, but he ignored them all. Until one morning, he was found drowned in his own chambers. The river nearby had burst its banks and submerged the castle. Ever since, this place has been famous among tourists!
How unfortunate! We should have drawn adult Law on Cora-san's shoulders! Then the dude selling the chacha would have had more reason to drop his jaw! But now… He is only looking at a 3-meters tall painted giant and a kid with a furry hat in the blazing heat. Nothing interesting at all!
He smells of smoke - burning cigarettes, ash… and the soft feather coat. He smells of a saviour - bitter memories, pain and love.
Cora-san has never been forgotten
From the Batumi pond yard, we have two lively geese. They scold quarrelling ducks, chase guinea fowl, and bicker with the dogs guarding the fence. They are our favourites! Because they have the most personality among the pond residents)
Our hometown had too many gloomy days (and not enough sun) so the wisteria flowers were scarce and thin, but in Batumi… It's a wonder plant. Like something from fantasy art.
We have never got used to it!
It's more than a year since we arrived in Batumi, and it's still a feast for our eyes. Mountains, The Black Sea, the lush vegetation, the vivid hues, and the exotic palms and flowers! And Koi carps! (We worried if they would be okay in the cold winter, but they made it!)
