There's this fun bit of attention to detail In The Last Dam Job when they're discussing how to get Dubenich:

This isn't quite the full gif but what it is is that Sophie says that Dubenich is going to know every friend, every person that they would be expected to go to for help. And Nate looks at Eliot and goes "we find someone who is not a friend" to Sophie and Parker "someone who is not in the game" to Hardison "someone we do not trust." And that's exactly what happens.

If you don’t think that the Team put Archie on a watch list once they knew about him, you are delusional.

Hardison may have stayed out of it noticeably, but Nate, Sophie and Elliot all had conversations ranging from subtle to shovel. And Hardison had one helpful tech support session in Archie’s civilian life that wasn’t terrifying until three hours later.

I love how in The Inside Job the vibe immediately goes from “Parker’s doing a con without us?!!??” to “Why didn’t you ADOPT her when you had the chance??? HUH???”

McSweetheart spends the whole wedding thinking everyone is an undercover FBI agent. Taggert keeps thinking a certain guest or 50 looks like someone on the FBI’s Most Wanted list, but the Leverage International crews are tag teaming to convince him he’s seeing things.

Sterling shows up with an elaborate plot to arrest the bride and grooms, which is foiled at the very last minute as Parker, Eliot, and Hardison make a dramatic dive into their getaway vehicle honeymoon limo. It’s his wedding present to them.

out of the trio, eliot and hardison wholeheartedly agree that parker has contributed the worst in-law. because yeah, hardison has a few annoying siblings, and yeah eliot's dad... is a confirmed shithead for many really awful trauma-inducing reasons, at least they don't have to worry about hosting them for an annual week-long visit complete with a mini-heist prepared just for him... and they have to be nice. eliot has to bake the loaf they will break bread with and he hopes within its carb goodness, archie can taste the resentment over how he "raised" parker. hardison draws from deep within that while illinois tries to play itself off as a great lakes state, chicago is awful close to the midwest: he draws out the most politely quaint small talk ever as he passive aggressively reminds archie how happy parker is now that she has her crew and they take care of each other and respect each other's limitations and how much parker appreciates them beyond what they contribute to the team.

archie ignores the hostility because he thinks its funny (it's really fucking not). parker just focuses on making archie comfortable and happy, and she choose to be glad that her partners are being so welcoming rather than read too deeply into it otherwise because processing their emotions might make her process her own and...
