Wait I just realized something. Since Bucky gets his hair cut, and Sebastian also canonically exists in MCU as himself, imagine the chaos that could ensue for Sam when he realizes Bucky has a doppelganger minus all the trauma. He's Bucky but without assasin tendencies.

In FATWS, if they're going for the U.S Agent I think they're going for in terms of him being a massive bitch, I better see Bucky being super protective of the shield given he's definitely not what Steve's legacy was and he'll be damned if anyone steals that shield from Sam because Sam was given that role.

Ok idk why but I feel like Zemo is shorter than both Bucky and Sam. And because he likely can't trigger the Winter Soldier anymore, I feel like Bucky would feel more inclined to pick him up and yeet him across the nearest lake while Sam is cackling in the background.

Ok but as much as I'll riot if they don't touch down on Bucky's mental health in FATWS, I'll riot just as much if they don't acknowledge Bucky's multilingualism (not just English, Russian and Romanian). The guy canonically knows most major languages, it'd be useful to him and Sam, but also hilarious to constantly switch languages to confuse Sam.

Hey what if the reason they didn’t show the hypothetical conversation between Bucky and Steve about Steve going back to Peggy and leaving the Shield to Sam is that that’s how they start the first episode of the SamBucky show? Like it’s a small memory of Bucky’s and after it ends, the screen transfers to see just Bucky chilling at home eating a plum and Sam flies by the window with the Shield screaming because something’s flying after him.
