The Inspo/Moodboard For Corset Token!
in june i found a couple of posts about porcelain corsets and since i was looking for a new project i decided to make a board for all of this.
it was made up of 57 different images all for this idea
this is a way for me to keep the entire board
im going to go into detail on each one.
in numerical order instead of the order that they were made.

6/30 - 9/25
He was the third one to be finished. i was going for something that would be flowy but also have filigree as well as a porcelain corset since that man would rock one irl. though i am very unhappy with how it turned out. i am at least proud that i was able to make a version of it, until i can learn the skills to make it look better in the future.

6/30 - 8/18
This was the first one to be finished. with him i reallly wanted to show off the headcannoned tattoos i have for him, and also his muscles. i was going for a kinda leather and latex type deal. hes always given me the vibe that he would work very well in leather goth styles. wish i remembered his septum i give him. will say i am very proud of this one, mainly the colors.

6/30 - 9/23
He was the second to be finished this one has to be my favorite. coming up with the idea, finding the perfect references. III was the easiest to make in generally. i wanted this to feel like you walked in on him singing chappell roan, and like a burlesque performer. i have nothing else to add about this, he is beautiful

6/30 - 11/4
He was finished last. originally he was going to be very punk inspired, but i went a more flowy route at the last stretch. the OG pose, colors, and outfit didn't work out. so i decided to say fuck it and i made this absolute beauty. i love how its detailed simplistic all at once.
in all this entire project took 5 months to complete. i feel like my art grew as i did it, I'm very happy with it all.
im now going to take a nap for the next four years (this is a joke)

just a warning, after bmbte is finished im thinking of taking those 4 and making them oc’s. mainly because im starting to feel odd about having them being connected to sleep token. idk what it’s about but eh we will see.
who knew the public view and depression would get to me.
i dont give a fuck anymore. im going to do what makes me happy and that means making new versions of the sleep token dudes and making the bmbte characters my own oc’s
