lmao i need to learn how to shut tf up
Okay so this took a lot lf courage to post these- but I’ve finally started to lose some weight!(ignore my messy hair)
Anybody whose been following me for over 3 years (not many, but i know there are a few) will know I suffered from polycystic kidney disease for years (still do technically as PKD has no cure, but it’s managed now) which caused me to gain a lot of weight but be unable to shed it as the cysts i had would expand and explode if i did anything more than a slow walk. It was the root cause of a lot of bullying at school as I was known as the fat kid, but I persevered through. I joined a gym a month ago and have been going about once a week (due to work and social life I dont have nuch time to go more than that right now) & for almost 10 months now I’ve had to walk quite a long walk to and from work everyday plus the standing & constant movement 4+ hours. I’m happy to say now that I’ve gone down from size 20-22 to 14-16 (with occasional 18 at places that dont do correct sizing).
It may not be much but its a huge milestone for me & im starting to feel comfortable in my body, my stomach no longer folds over (unless im sitting) and I just love this feeling so much. My thighs are still huuuuge but I dont care much about that right now as I know if i work I can lose that extra weight.
So a bit of a personal post, but its been ages!

it cant be prison break without a prison break so my guess is that the new series is going to revolve around Linc, Sara & everyone else finding out that Michael was kidnapped by the ~shady people~ or something after the events of the Final Break & has been kept in solitary in the deepest darkest hole the pb universe has to offer & he’s pretty much been so broken down over the years that the ~shady people~ begin to worry less about the dude in their ‘basement’ and eventuality he manages to get a messagae out maybe thru some young naive new guard or smth but whatever it gets out and gets to the right peolle they they have a dude who someone claims to be scofield down there but its crazy, right? Sara will 100% think its crazy because she has this whole new life and wont want her son dragged into all the drama over the unlikely possibility that the husband she saw die, is infact alive, but Linc will be all “IM NOT TAKING THE CHANCE ITS HIM AND LEAVING HIM THERE” thus begins his journey to assemble his ragtag team of escapees to break out maybe-michael from hell.
Literally the only excuse I’ll accept for Michael leaving Sara, Linc & his baby for so many years will be his sneaky incarnation, if it turns out he was just chillin in cuba for X ammount of years because he thought it would be better for everyone I’d flip because he isnt the type.
