As some of u may know, i suffer of light periods of anxiety and sometimes it just make me feel like a zombie, feeling lost, nervous and tired at the same time. something that really helps is music, just breathing at the beat of sound can be very calming, petting your pets also helps.
If u suffer from anxiety dont be hard with yourself, it ok to not feel good every time, sometimes feeling like a zombie its ok too, give your mind a rest, u deserve it, i wuv u 💛
