Well guess it's time to doom scroll and dissociate for awhile.

Spent 2 hours crying and having a panic attack. Which spiraled into cleaning the kitchen for 2 hours and listening to the Backstreet Boys as loud as I could in my earbuds until I stopped shaking enough to talk to people.
