As usual, it features an RP scene, in which Kars and Hilda had a serious talk in her garden... (of which Kars is a fan)
I met blackjackfalcon and phantasmal-knight in person last week! We had a great time hanging out, and of course, the sketchbook made an appearance...
Blackjackfalcon drew the top drawing (an emotionally dysfunctional Celes and a worried Locke), and then drew herself (after which I supplied her with an exasperated Setzer to ride on).
Then there is Setzer's grave (though we decided he would actually probaly have some kind of huge, pompous obelisk and temple built for himself).
... and finally, Blackjackfalcon really wanted me to post the picture of the horse with two butts.
It's a horse with two butts. You're getting no more explanation than that.
Speaking of drawing speculatively- well, I never like to miss a chance to draw Hilda looking adorable--
but I should actually get to work on an RP in which Hilda can get on an airship, before I start drawing her enjoying a flight.
As an RPer on tumblr, I'mma let you in on one of my bad RP habits: I draw speculatively sometimes. By that, I mean that I draw situations that haven't occurred yet, or if I'm really anxious to see a reply from someone, I'll guess at what their reply is going to be.
It's just a rough sketch, but above is an example in which I was very wrong about how Setzer might respond to getting slapped.

uh-- this takes some explaining-
Both of these characters are RP OCs: Katsuya (standing) was a friend's OC, and Anya (the fox-girl) was mine. They were created for a roleplay with said friend back in middle-high school. ... My friend was much better at developing characters; I mean as you can seen by the fox girl, I just sort of mashed characters together out of a bunch of stuff I thought was cool. Like kitsune.
Their interactions were sort of atypical... To boil it down: Katsuya is a world-destroying bad-bad-bad villain, and Anya tries her best to help as many people as possible. Naturally, it was in her interest to take down this cruel man, but when it came down to it... she ended up falling for him. Much of the plot was a struggle of how to handle unwanted passionate feelings, and whether to indulge them, or to ultimately do her duty. Oh, and Katsuya was totally into this kind of dangerous love relationship. :|
... usually when I describe this to people, they find it kinda lame, but it was pretty intense for a plot revolving a lot around a romance. I really liked it.

The character design for him is my own, as the game only showed us the tick-bug-thing he was reduced to.
