I should note-- I don’t mean that last statement pessimistically;
People aren’t going to value your art based on how much time you put into it, but rather by how well it resonates with people.

im art blocking so hard
have half a piece of sushi
hey guys…. it’s me….. goku sushi
im glad that out of all the art ive been painstakingly cranking out on a daily basis this month, this is what you people decided to reblog
This is what it’s like to be an artist on tumblr
Ink drawing of [Trainerself] and my current team in Pokemon Sun. :D
You’ll notice it’s all birds... and one (1) very large horse. I’d be happy to gush about how much I love them all...
(with my persistent computer issues, I just recently downloaded a “scanner” app for my phone, since I don’t have a way to scan and correct art right now. so until that’s fixed, you’ll just see unedited traditional work with the brightness up...)
I started playing a mobile dating sim from the “Shall We Date?” lineup called Niflheim.
... I’m having some trouble relating to the main protagonist you play as, but it’s fun and cute so far.
Something quick from last night, relating to a Wartime RP
Changing the guard from Grillby and Gaster, over to Toriel (and Asgore when he shows up).
... I really enjoyed putting Grillby in period clothes :V ;;
I don’t know if this counts as Inktober, but it IS ink...
Asgore embracing WingDings, at wartime.
Inktober 2016: Day ???
It’s one in the morning and I can’t believe I spent so much time hatching when I could have just used inkwash or marker to shade instead...
well... goodnight
The Sensitive Plant by Percy Bysshe Shelley. Introduction by Edmund Gosse. Illustrated by Charles Robinson. London : Heinemann Philadelphia : Lippincott. .1911.
these are so, so cute--
Inktober 2016: Day 5
Another quick one: Hilda and Al-Cid <3 the Final Fantasy baes
(I’ll never be over them)
O.O
Princess. HILDA. And. Al CID.
you are a genius
I know FFXII is a deconstruction of Final Fantasy II, but even though Princess Ashe is clearly a more fighting-in-the-trenches Hilda, I had not thought to change poor hapless Prince Gordon to Al-Cid Margrace.
THIS.
This is.
Holy.
…I ship it?
And I nearly forgot to comment on the art, but it’s great. Al-Cid, you are incorrigible.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!!! I am honestly so touched you like the ship-!!
I can’t take all the credit though, because it partly came about because of @mmmsammishes -- who also ships it.
I admit it’s a secret guilty-pleasure ship, but.... I really really like them. Margrace can hook a lady up with airship and a sense of adventure (while still being reverent of her). She doesn’t mind being adored, and he doesn’t get in her way. I could gush on--
> v < anyway, thank you for commenting, it made my night that someone else ships it now!
Inktober 2016: Day 7
.... I’m almost ashamed, but I’m actually really pleased with the brushwork, and the fact that I might actually, finally be figuring out how to draw anthro?;;
Toriel in undies...
(Rob looked over and just asked loudly “so how’s the furry art going?” rip me)
Inktober 2016: Day 6
Uh;; sort of a weird one, but
a self-portrait surrounded by different characters I’ve RPed: Hilda, Yevon, and now Toriel.
Though I promise you that I’m not as cute as this drawing makes me look

Inktober 2016: Day 4
After that.... I was sick for a while. And I was still not 100% when I drew this, so don’t be too harsh with me, but;;;
Anyway, I wanted to continue on the same vein as the last drawing, so here we have Toriel during the Monster-Human war. My starting point for the costume was looking at pikemen and soldiers from around the 1500s, but, well.... you can see that I went off in a very difference direction eventually.
Inktober 2016: Day 3
I started RPing Toriel in a small Undertale group. Since monsters can live a long time, I was trying for Toriel more than 500 years years ago, before the Monster-Human war and before the monsters were forced underground. I think she could have been a guildmaster.
Bonus: even younger, smaller Toriel
Inktober 2016: Day 2
I had less time on Oct 2nd to draw, so I just made a haiga (haiku paired with an image).
Inktober 2016: Day 1
I started strong with a quick 3/4 portrait of my Magic Flute ladies, Tamina and Pamina (plus the bird sidekick, Papageno).
