This morning’s spread gives me the courage to start my business. I’m a little worried about The Tower because I’m not sure what to expect, and I didn’t really understand how to make that a positive impact.
Anyway, I think I’ll focus on creativity today!

How has your day been?
Another reason I was gone for so long is because I got engaged! We finally worked out our issues and decided to get married. We’ve lived together for 2 years and have been together for 5, so it’s like we were already married, but now it’s going to be official. Now I’ll have to do more spells to make sure my stress stays lower.
Happy Ostara or Spring Equinox and Full Moon! I didn’t realize it was the first day of Spring; I thought it was tomorrow. It would explain why I got up and went for a walk and decided to bake some bread and make lavender syrup.
This bread is rosemary bread. It’s so so good. I paired it with some teriyaki “bacon” and cinnamon lavender vanilla coffee. I can’t really taste the lavender, though.

Here are a few manifestations I will be repeating:
On Christmas, I gave my dog a present. This guy doesn’t really live in the moment. He’s normally always waiting. Waiting to go outside, waiting to be petted, waiting to get food, waiting for us to get home. etc. But, he accepts his waiting. He complains a lot, though. He’s big on whining for everything. Not sure where I was going with this. He’s just a big baby.
Anyway
He’s pleased with the simplest things in life. He loves water bottles. After my boyfriend is done drinking water, he’ll give it to Jake, and this dog will just run to the bed or the couch and sit with it in his mouth for so long.
He loves cucumbers. They’re his favorite food. He’ll eat one in 2 minutes, probably faster. This picture really captivates how excited he was to get not only one, but two cucumbers for Christmas.
He also got a red hoodie. It’s way too big for him, but he doesn’t care. After his cucumber and his fun with the water bottle, I put it on him, and he went straight to sleep. He doesn’t care that it looks silly on him. He cares that it’s comfy.
We should all take lessons from this dog, to just enjoy what is given to us for what it is.
Do you have any spells/rituals for someone with social anxiety related to work? I almost need a spell that is physical so I can be reminded in some way not to over think everything I do.
When I’m really anxious, I carry my favorite crystal with me. I normally bring my Amethyst or rose quartz, but black tourmaline is a GREAT one. You can also go for smokey quartz or black obsidian. Rub it between your hands or your fingers and visualize the energy running through you as the crystal warms up.
Another way, which is a little more expensive, is buying a reusable water bottle with a crystal in it. My mom bought one for me (it was $40, but I bet you can find one cheaper if you really search), and it makes me feel so clean and happy. There are different crystal options, so go for one that soothes the cause of your anxiety: people.
You can also draw a sigil and keep it somewhere like a picture frame. I’m not sure where or what you do for work, so I can’t go into much detail. You can always sew a sigil into your clothes if you’re doing physical labor most of the day.
Get a picture you really like, or a quote, or make your own edit, and put it as your screen on an electronic. Saying a sentence, like an affirmation, as you look at the picture would help.
I’m all about energy work, so just sit and imagine a light coming from the top of your head. Feel and think of everything that makes you anxious (as long as it’s not too triggering), and build it up all inside of you. Then when you can’t hold it in anymore, feel it rush out of the beam of light and feel yourself becoming lighter. I always feel like a big water ballon being opened.

I'm from northeast US and there has been years we had no fuel for the furnace. Layer cheap fuzzy socks and slippers. Get cheap blankets. Walmart sells them in bins for $5 a piece. Invest in electric room heaters and put them in the smallest rooms or the one you'll be in most often. They're a boon for showering in the winter. We've heated the house with our electric stove by leaving on the oven, and running the electric dryer with the lint hose removed. Layer sweaters and hats. Hoods, gloves. GL!
