Very happy for caitvi realigning goals to an extent but Vi choosing just hugging Jinx and Vander and Isha without defending them to Caitlyn or trying to explain herself? Yeah that was great. Vi just has so much love and she never gets to win because everyone keeps asking her to pick.
For her to give up on Jinx or Vander or Zaun wouldn’t be Vi, she’d be incomplete. A lot of Caitlyn’s original bonding moments with Vi is Vi talking about and showing love for her family and her people. In the same vein, to completely hate Caitlyn also wouldn’t be Vi. Jinx was never too far gone and Caitlyn isn’t either, and until either of them are, Vi always has a candle in her heart for them.
And again everything is taken from Vi right as she finally can see it all start to come together so thats fucked.
This is why I don't get the takes of "Vi can't never forgive Caitlyn!!!" Dude shut up, Vi has a good heart for a reason, when she loves she loved hard, when she chooses to protect you she's gonna fight tooth and nail for you, she gives her all for the people she cares about, Jinx is a terrorist, by the tea party Jinx had already blow up a building, and Vi still chose to fight for her, and do you think she's gonna hold all that happened against Caitlyn? C'mon. Stop with the "they're murdering her character" claims, they're not, you just don't actually get Vi (or any other characters for that matter), there's no such thing as black and white, the only thing Vi wants it's to have her family back she's not gonna turn against Jinx and she's not gonna turn against Caitlyn, she loves them both and both Caitlyn and Jinx are gonna have to accept it if they want Vi in their lives.
