the posts my girlfriend @gnost-stories made in various facebook housing groups haven't been helping and without mincing words, roommates want her out immediately. it's absolutely a horrible time to have this emergency and i am terrified about her ending up on the streets.
URGENTLY seeking a room in north seattle, close to public transit strongly preferred. budget is $850 before utilities. financial situation is unpredictable until the end of january, so a room without need for deposit, last month's rent, etc would be ideal. she does have stable employment so this will not be an issue for long.

still no housing leads. we're hesitant to set a goal because it may not be possible to get ~$2000+ asap to try securing housing that does involve deposits and last month's rent. it would be a miracle and would ensure her safety while roommates are impatient for her to leave. we might consider booking several nights at a hotel so she has a safe place to rest, but that means paying nightly rates of $60-120. it's a very harrowing situation, anything helps.

Hi, everyone! Guess I have mentioned before that we're about to move. This afternoon, I found an apartment back home, and the deal was done! We got it!

We spent all savings in the deposit ($460), but the apartment has been closed and without power. We must travel before the actual move to get the keys, power running, possibly wifi, do some doc regulations, bank stuff, etc. It's very important that we do.
The bus tickets for our 12-hour trip is $30 per person, to and back $60, and since it's me and mom, $120 (I can post anything related to it for your verification). Anything else is to keep us going for the week or two we'll stay there... subway fare, Uber, food, docs, etc.
Sharing is equally appreciated. There's a lot of people in need out there, for different things, so I totally understand that not everyone can help everyone.
