Well, the Iron Fey are the first books I’ve ever read so Meghan x Ash was my very first diehard ship. I see Puck x Ash bromance but understand that people ship it, I enjoy reading it too. I once read a story of Puck x Ariella and I kinda enjoyed it..?!.??!.?

I have thought about this too. And honestly, I don’t know if they would’ve ended up together. They didn’t in The Iron Knight and it made me sad and disappointed.
Julie clearly didn’t want them to be.We already knew what ship Kagawa wanted it to be even from the beginning.
And that’s the only thing I didn’t like about The Iron Fey Series.
But I really love both of them and I ship them more than I ship Meghan/Ash.(I don’t ship Meghan/Ash at all. Sorry Meghan/Ash shippers).
That’s why I always make fun of them.
I love both of their characters.Ariella’s shy but strong female character and Ash’s bad boy-ish character.
I don’t know if I like bad boys but Ash’s “bad boy character” was different.He wasn’t showing off like other bad boy characters. He was just chilling lol.
(Other thing the Meghan/Ash ship ruined. Ash’s character changed so much, I almost didn’t recognized him.)
The Iron Knight was my favorite book, it had so much potential and it would’ve been perfect if Kagawa hadn’t always reminded us about the-ship-that-we-knew-was-going-to-happen.
So the Ariella/Ash ship is 8/10.Because it’s not cliche.
(I honestly can make a list of why I don’t like the Meghan/Ash ship.)
