Cobb: UMMM MANDO I THINK THE GUY WHO ORIGINALLY OWNED THE ARMOR I WAS WEARING IS IN TOWN. MADE EYE CONTACT W HIM AT THE FARMER’S MARKET AND I THINK HE WANTS TO KILL ME. HELP PLS.

Peli: at least he got rid of the sleemo in charge and freed those poor girls. Seems decent. U trust him?

Cobb: LEGIT SCARED HOW BAD DOES HE WANT ME DEAD

Peli: but yeesh, i thought YOU were a grouch. I can definitely see the relation.

Eventually Cobb gets confronted by Boba (they just end up at the same cantina at the same time) and Cobb panics and tells Boba the whole story starting from the pirates and Mos Pelgo to Din and the Krayt, and when he’s finally done Boba’s just finishes his drink, sits there quietly, stares at him... “cool.” And goes to pay the tab.

Later after Cobb finishes freaking out, Boba comes over and is just like, “wanna go raid a slaver hideout?” And they become best friends
