Went on a date last night…. Needless to say, it’s time to renerdify my phone with a background of my favourite show and widgets of middle age men

If Ted Lasso gets a 4th season, I better see Ted visiting his dad’s grave.

If you genuinely think Ted shouldn’t have forgiven him, then you don’t understand Ted, Nate and their whole dynamic I’m sorry I don’t make the rules

I’ve been putting off watching the Ted Lasso finale (OR IS IT) because I was just not in the proper headspace to see Ted leaving but… I watched it… and… I just gotta say….

There’s absolutely nothing to suggest that Ted and Rebecca didn’t experience some form of physical intimacy and there’s definitely nothing to suggest that they didn’t confess their not-so-platonic feelings for one another (just like there’s nothing to suggest that they didn’t have a classic “Ted…” “I know.” moment). Might I also add that Ted referring to their goodbye as a “classic romcom leave-cute” felt very intimate and romantic.

I know the writers have tried to steer clear of that dynamic (while also edging us repeatedly for 3 seasons straight) but a part of me thinks they purposefully left that door open because they know that, deep down, there’s no harm in, one might say, believing the two are more than platonic.
