One thing I cannot stand about this country is how long everyone takes to respond to emails. Answer me dammit!
I'm so frustrated with this tube strike. There's no way for me to get home after 8.30 on weekends now. Like I get not wanting to work nights bc that goes against your contract you negotiated five years ago but also...the whole world has been fucking annihilated these past two years, things change, suck it up. And also fuck the TfL CEOs(?) who gave themselves bonuses out of the covid relief money. Now everyone in London has to suffer
Legitimately had SUCH a good riding lesson today! It was so nice to have an instructor notice that i’m timid but perfectly capable with the right encouragement instead of calling me lazy or incompetent, which is what ive been called so many times before. I *can* be a good rider, but it takes a bit of instruction (which is what instructors are there for, but so many of them rely solely on the student having a natural instinct for something b/c they don’t actually have any teaching skills)

Bruh why does idina Menzel on the official wicked soundtrack sound like she’s half asleep through most of it. Like obviously it’s not a live recording so you can be a bit more restrained and I’d expect it to sound less frantic but after seeing the show live it sounds really like…quiet and sleepy lol
Not to be the absolute worst but it still kinda wigs me out that my boyfriend has so many female friends and spends so much one-on-one time with them... like I think it's just a cultural difference that posh brits have more mixed gender friends than midwestern Americans so I'm not like *concerned* about it but I can't make it feel normal either
The way some of my classmates so casually are open about doing work that isn't legal on student visa stresses me the fuck out
