A Euro-Luggage company gave Marvel the ok to use one of their cases as a prop.
They are now suing Marvel for trademark infringement and counterfeiting after the dvd people in Marvel based the design for the box set on that prop.

So I’ve been meaning to have a giveaway for a while, but I’ve never gotten to it, until now that is. Before you is the lovely Avengers Assembled 10-Disc Limited Edition Six-Movie Collector’s Set for Bluray. I can’t show it to you in its physical form, because the release date is September 25th. The price on amazon as of the time of my making this post is 139.96 USD.

Unpopular Oppinion: Coulson should stay dead
As much as I love Phil, he needs to stay dead guys.
If he's not dead then uniting the Avengers is meaningless.
He holds a very special moment in my geek-heart. Hero's fall guys. They all do at some point and with Coulson, he was ready to make the sacrifice play as Steve put it and he did that with the unwavering grace of a true hero.
Let him be the hero. Let him stand on his own merits as a regular, normal man who was not only the equal of these super-powered people, but who rose above them and made them see what they could be, if they could only be half the hero he was.

Josh Whedon writer and director of The Avengers
was previously slated to write and direct the Wonder Woman movie. The film was scrapped due to lack of confidence in Josh from the studio to create a successful super hero film.
