DAMN!
The skill and time needed for this kind of work is incredible. People don't even know anymore because printed books killed this kind of art. Once upon a time ALL books were as beautiful to look at as they were to read.
Now books are so undervalued they aren't even on paper anymore.... fucking tards don't even know the YEARS is takes to do something like this. It takes me 6 hours to write just one single half page.
A full book the size of Silmarillion would take a TEAM of calligraphers MONTHS to write and illuminate; one person, years.
More people need to do this. We cannot let books die. We have to make them beautiful again.
