Ornate gilt calf binding with what appears to be the royal coat of arms of Louis XV in the centre - beautiful woven silk endpapers - c1750

sadly the contents have been removed - but this does allow for blank sheets* or some printed text to be bound into a beautiful period casing

*can you imagine having this as a note book?
