I’m taking a break from modding for a bit and so these files are provided as is. Please don’t contact me for support if you can’t get them working in game.
Also, please don’t ask if you can use my files in your own mod to be uploaded to the Nexus unless we know each other or I’ve used your files before.
As it stands now, if I’ve given you explicit permission in the past and you have credited me, then you are fine to continue hosting your mod with my work. In any other case, I’m withdrawing permission for my files to be used in other mods. This obviously makes no difference to the Nexus staff but there you go.

I was disappointed that we didn’t get ombres like Cora, because I imagined my Ryder with blonde hair and pink strikes. Were you disappointed too? No more! I took a look at all the unusable (my opinion) hair colors and actually made them useable. You can pick from variety of styles - black hair/green ombre, blonde/pink, or blue/purple! Additionaly, I tweaked the rest of colors too - so now you can get blondes without the dark strands, actual black or red. Some of the examples are in gallery. Unfortunately, because I am not sure if (or how) we can change the tint mask of hairstyles, the colors look better/worse on different hairstyles.

I modded three hairs for human women and wanted to share them :) They consist of a bun, a medium length hair and an over the shoulder hairstyle for HF. They replace respectively the hairs p, m and 52 and look best with dark hair colours.

Right so I finally figured out how to parse DAI’s layout files that determine which characters spawns when. Kind of a headache because it’s one file referencing two other files simultaneously and you have to have them open in a hex editor to parse what’s happening because the xml preview doesn’t provide enough information that you can tell from that alone.
next up figuring out how they modify the environment over time…
So, two mods, unlikely to go up on the Nexus, for chronic mage-supporters who want to play through the Calpernia storyline every once in a while without dying a little on the inside.
No Fiona Boss Fight - I’m absolutely amazed this doesn’t crash the game lmao but Fiona will just not show up during In Your Heart Shall Burn. this means you miss a sub-boss but I don’t really mind things that make subsequent playthroughs faster so
Fiona Always Spawns at Skyhold - not going to attempt to edit her conversation to make sense but I tend to assume u could recruit both mages and templars at the same time if u really put the effort into it so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
also got the influence shop spawning at skyhold right away but that is going up on the nexus in a mini-mod collection hopefully shortly
ideally I’d like to get a tutorial-of-sorts up soon explaining roughly how ebx files work since information is pretty scattered. that’s not a promise but if there’s something specific you’d like included lmk
