The Israeli government has issued repeated communications blackouts, trying to cut us off from Gaza. Even when there are not "official" blackouts, telecommunications are dangerous; Palestinians like Medo have died in makeshift tent cafes trying to access the internet and reach us. In Gaza, infrastructure has been severely damaged, despite the brave and hard work of people in Paltel on the ground. Do not think that because you read a headline about a communications blackout ending, eSims are not needed; Israel has already laid groundwork to cut Gazans off from the world - eSims work independent from the Israeli government and can provide data and phone service, an essential lifeline.

Our house was bombed, My husband and my young son were injured in their bodies and miraculously died. Every day is a struggle for survival, and each night is filled with prayers for a brighter tomorrow. We hold onto hope, believing that one day the clouds will dissipate, and we will find the peace we long for.

ahmed is living in a refugee camp of 200-250 people, and has been working to everyone in the camp, including children and the elderly. you can see his work in distributing food in the video above! he is vetted by association through @its2shimaa, the person i have been raising funds for. you can see proof of donation to shimaa on my blog under the tags #shimaa and #update.

hey it’s been almost 11 hours since there was a donation for Maryam, who’s vetted here as family #6 by @gaza-evacuation-funds.

in the past year Maryam has been taking care of her own young daughter and her orphaned nieces and nephews with her husband. Maryam’s brother was separated from them during an iof raid and to this day she does not know if he is still alive.

just a few weeks ago, Maryam’s husband was hit by stray shrapnel of an iof missile. one of the metal shards narrowly missed his spinal cord. he is at great danger for infection if the family does not get enough money for antibiotics which is extremely expensive because of its scarcity. please help.

the campaign has not budged from €1,515 all day. Maryam is taking care of all the kids and her bedbound husband all by herself, with no way to afford food. donations are urgently needed for antibiotics, food, and firewood so everyone can keep warm. please help. this family literally lost everything and has nothing to survive on
