Alas, I do not think Ethari is a dragon rider. He maybe takes care of his loved one's dragons, but does not have one himself. Luna's mother was Athena, Runaan's dragon, and I think Luna's father was Hyperion? I think. It's been a minute. Hyperion was Tiadrin's dragon who was killed in battle: shot out of the sky (with her on it).
