Christmas vibes with some childhood favorites! 🎅🎄

I have a lot of emotions about the recent passing of Stephen Hillenburg, the creator of Spongebob Squarepants. Spongebob was such a large and enjoyable part of my childhood, and I have so many positive memories of watching it when I was a kid. From 1999 all the way through the 2000′s, I always enjoyed watching Spongebob and all the silly adventures he had with his friends. I even remember seeing the first movie in theaters back in 2004, which was of course a great experience. I can’t even list out all the specific good memories I have, because there’s just that many.

Mr. Hillenburg’s creation made me laugh and smile all the way from childhood, to high school, to college. Spongebob has brought so much joy to so many people all around the world. His legacy will always live on. My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family in this time of grief.

Thank you for everything, Mr. Hillenburg. Because of you, everyone will always know who lives in a pineapple under the sea for generations to come. Rest in peace, and thank you so much for all the adventures. 💛
