Exactly.

What we can safely assume here is that Orson is Danny’s great-great-grandson, so that either means:

the gg-grandparent he meant was Clara
which means Clara and Danny got married/had kids

and that’s how he will be connected to Clara, or

the gg-grandparent he meant was Danny
which means Danny will be a future companion of the Doctor’s

and that’s how he will be connected to the Doctor.

Yesterday I found out that Alex Kingston is filming someplace else and so she cannot be in the Christmas special as River Song. I confess I hoped she would be there for Matt's last episode, just as she was there for his first one (TToA was the first episode being filmed, I don't know if you knew.) I know in your theories you say we will see River again, and I want to believe them, but I'm afraid her final scene on TNotD was really the last we will see of her...

I didn’t know Alex was filming somewhere else at the moment. Where/what is she filming? And, anyway, why would that mean she can’t be there? If they wanted her, they could find a way.

I hope she’ll be there too, Anon, I do. But I don’t know. I think The Name of the Doctor could have been her last episode with Eleven, because of the ‘goodbye’ thing. On the other hand, I feel like we are owed another scene at least, which is Eleven taking River to Darillium and I know it’s in Last Night but… but Hurt’s Sonic Screwdriver is red. And River’s Sonic Screwdriver is red. It has to mean something. And it would be great, wouldn’t it, if Eleven got to spend his last day with her?
