When they touched down on Aleen rotations later, Wolffe wasted no time in putting his men to work. He was probably more urgent than ever before but maybe it’s because he had a pretty Deck Officers gift in mind or it was because he wanted to get as far away from the golden droid that was sent with him.

He had pulled away from his squad, telling one trooper that he wanted to scope out the area by himself. The trooper was unsure of this and tried to insist that he had back up in case there were any enemies lurking around but Wolffe had already left and far into the dry and desolate planet.

Walking for what seemed forever, he came across a small patch of plants that caught his eye. If he had done his research correctly, these were the plants you liked and luckily enough for him they were all in bloom with the luminescent flower as you stated. He pulled out a container that was minuscule just like the plant itself and also grabbed a viroblade from his pouch. He scanned with his eyes, but decided on getting one that hasn't bloomed yet; feeling as though you’d appreciate it seeing it bloom in person.

Collected and stored away, he sighed with both contentment and dissatisfaction. What if he was pushing his luck? What if he was being forward? He had to push these feelings to the side for a while and get back to his men but also thought along the way on how he can gift this for you without being a total fool.

The first time he had tried to approach you was a useless attempt.

There you were running around the middle deck following orders from your Admiral, hair askew and uniform a little worse for wears. He had gone to approach you but you could only send him an apologetic smile and a quick ‘I’m so sorry Commander I really need to get these to the other end of the ship’ before dashing away.

The plant itself remained in its black container and although a little dejected despite it not being your fault, it did nothing for his anxious mindset.

The next time was no good at all either. He had thought that maybe heading towards the quarters of where most of the Deck Officers rest at would be a good idea. How wrong he was.
