Dead: 330lbs (+16lbs)
Bench: 155lbs (+5lbs)
Squat: 250lbs (+15lbs)
all of my attempts were more grindy than I would’ve wanted but I PR’d in each lift?? so can’t complain 🥴
heaviest dead’s i’ve done in a year! 285lbs x 2 then 255x3x3 followed by paused high bar squats 145x2x8.. pretty happy with how everything went today :)
i got new lights :)) so of course i’m gonna nonsensically flex for funsies

Quarantine is about trying new things! Been doing jump rope as cardio and have been trying to nail this “fast skip” for almost a week! Still new to jump roping but I think I finally got a rhythm down

Had a massive pump after some rows and face pulls!! Wow tis the season of gains!! Been making great strength and size gains and while some of the mass gains aren’t in the areas I’d like.. it’s all apart of the process!! Could I have minimized the fat gain with a more consistent diet? 🤔sure but this fall was my first trimester in pharmacy school so I’m taking it as an adjustment period lol (maybe that’s an excuse too) Planning to compete in a powerlifting meet in March! So I’m super excited and training hard leading up to it and after I’ll probably do a summer cut 🤪
