Marinette not telling Adrien/ Cat Noir about Gabriel being Hawkmoth is so aggressively out of character Im just praying they choose to forget about it as opposed to having it come back as a conflict between them.
Like I can theoretically comprehend why she wouldn’t tell Adrien since it was his dad’s dying wish (literally) to be remembered as a good father. You can easily spin this as a ‘you’d be better off not knowing’ kinda situation or better yet just assume the wish prevents her from telling him. There’s LITERALLY NO REASON she wouldn’t tell Car Noir, her partner whose main goal as also been trying to take down Hawkmoth, what happened during their confrontation. She told him when she suspected Gabriel to be Hawkmoth so why wouldn’t she tell him when she actually found out???
The whole season finale was honestly just so poorly written and handled that I’m praying they get new writers for the next season cause otherwise idk if I can even passively watch this show anymore
I made a post the other day about how Laios and Soren would be best friends and a lot of people agreed so I drew them
