When you take a bunch of desert landscape photos but that one of some glass is your fave because you're a macro photographer at heart (even if you forgot to bring your macro lens and you had to make that shit work). Idk man I love the desert, I just hate that the sun & heat crave my death. Otherwise I'd take more trips out west, and my friends and I could carve our names on more rocks to prove we existed and we were there, as is human tradition.

Please excuse the extremely sloppy editing on these, I went through them while in a zombie state on Sunday and did not realize how inconsistent they were until just now (also lol @ that one where I had a filter on wrong, but I liked it anyway so here it is). I would redo a few of these if I had time today, but I don’t, soooooooooooooo... desert! I went to it and took these.
A few more from Lee Canyon and then the Hoover Dam. And that’s it! I also got to meet one of the first people I was ever really close friends with on the internet after knowing each other for like 16 or 17 years??? Oh my god we’re soooo ooooolllllldddd but it was awesome.
It’s mf’n mountain time! These aren’t a thing where I live, so I’m always excited for them.
