Loot from Animazement 2015. Scouring the dealers room paid off, as I got almost all of these for really good prices.
First off, a bunch of Gundam - the main three are from Bandai’s excellent “Assault Kingdom” series, Zaku II, Build Burning, and Master Gundam. Those are always nicely detailed and articulated for their size. Joining them are a couple super cheap old loose figures, a big dusty Zeong with nice posable fingers, and an adorable teensy tiny Ball.
Then there’s Lightning from Square’s Trading Arts Kai Mini series; she comes with four faces, a standing body, her Blazefire Sabre, and a couple other word balloons in addition to what’s in the photo. The command menu is a nice touch. The little gachapon broomstick Skuld is incredibly finicky to put together but detail on her is pretty amazing - got her super cheap too. And the VF-25F Messiah Valkyrie Sheryl Deculture Ver was the secret item from a blind box set.
That Wild Tiger is actually not a figure but a model kit! I have too many kits in my backlog, but this one’s very different from the rest, and since he’s all black, white, and translucent I bet he’d look decent without paint, which makes for a much quicker build.
Finally, we gave in and splurged (well, with some xmas money help) on the freakin’ enormous 18″ Gipsy Danger and Cherno Alpha figures with LED lights and everything. Better pics later when they’re unboxed. These things are just massive, though. As a good Jaeger should be.
