We have announced on our twitter the procedure for lost packages, and that once the postal service gets a hold of it, I'm afraid all we can do is keep track of where it goes. With the COVID-19 pandemic at the moment, also, that could be affecting your package arrival.
The most we can do on our end is have you send your order number to the zine email and our shipping mod will be able to look up where it could be, and get back to you.
Please know that if your order was from the leftover sales, we cannot replace any lost product.
But please email the zine with your order number, and we'll look into your order and go from there!
