Katania Witherway, the 19 year old protagonist of a project I’ve been working on since 2020.
She is the only child of Ysabella and Evander Witherway and was born on the fall during an ongoing war.
In present day, she is currently in university as a history student. Besides studying, she was also able to pull strings—primarily due to her family’s nobility status—and got herself enlisted as part of a minor team responsible for researching about old archives scattered around the countryside.
What archives thought I’ll reveal in the next post maybe

Hello! I've been gone for quite some time, and I'm not sure if anyone will even see this, but to anyone who does see this post and remember my project--I have some some new content to share here! Over the past few months I've been busy with rewriting a whole lot of stuff regarding the plot and the characters! So far I've only redesigned 3 characters (the rest of the cast's redesigns are in progress, but I've made further progress in rewriting them), with one animatic completed (courtesy of it being a final for my storyboard class)
Here's a few of the artworks I have so far! There's only a few as of now, but I'm hoping to make more consistently!
Order of characters from left to right:
Ysabella (Isa, 47), Katania Witherway, and Evander Witherway (26, deceased).
Katania is their child, aged around 8-19 in the story.
And here's a short animatic I made of the parents before Katania's birth.
It's a very rough animatic, but I was cramming this project so--hopefully the next animatic I have planned turns out better!
Excuse the character designs here, I wanted to go for something as simple as possible so the production wouldn't be as time consuming.

it seems like people agree that mirabel didn't get powers and that this was a good thing because she was in a key position to break her family out of the increasingly toxic downward spiral of stress caused by their exceptionalism and abuela's overbearing expectations of her family
but the thing is, i don't think that's exactly it.

It’s not quite a transcript, but here’s the main points:
- BetterHelp is selling your mental health information to pinterest, snapchat and facebook.
- BetterHelp is paying its therapists very little - including getting paid per word WITH A CAP. At some point they stop paying for another word. Which puts a therapist in a bind: should they keep doing their work for free or should they withdraw support from someone that needs it?
- BetterHelp is creating the expectation that help is available at all time. Which sounds great, but one of the points of therapy is to create self-reliance. Also: therapists need boundaries too!
- BetterHelp is funded by billionaires and millionaires who care primarily about turning a profit for their investors. Not about the therapists. Or the patients/clients.
So: do not use Better Help, but look for another source.
