I just went to the Naruto Wikia character pages because i wanted to know how often certain characters were mentioned in other character’s descriptions. Here are the results:

In Naruto’s character page: Hinata was mentioned 26 times Sakura was mentioned 67 times Sasuke was mentioned 289 times

In Sasuke’s character page: Sakura was mentioned 55 times Naruto was mentioned 460 times

Sasuke is like…..a house cat

He’s a perfect peach when he’s with Naruto because Naruto understands why he hisses and scratches sometimes

but with other people who don’t know how to hold and treat a cat and he hisses and scratches at them all the time, can get hurt pretty easily and think that’s he’s a problem cat when all he really needs is proper understanding and tender love and care

that’s what only Naruto can give

tbh I think the primary difference between ns shippers and nh/ss shippers is that ns readily acknowledges that the bond between Sasuke and Naruto is the biggest and most important one in the series

That’s one you can’t top, no matter how you look at it. Period. v_v

Trying to say anything in Naruto is more developed than Sasuke and Naruto’s relationship is just foolhardy. If Kishi had actually follwoed through with 698 chapters of queerbaiting and had the gonads to give everyone the NaruSasu that this development logically states we deserve then I, as a NaruSaku shipper, would have just stepped aside, applauded and happily accepted my ‘defeat’ - because to be honest, it wasn’t really a battle if we never had a winning chance.

This is what I’ve always loved about the SNS and NS fandom, we both know that the only two people capable of understanding Naruto were Sasuke or Sakura. Whoever he had gone off with the other fandom would just have bowed out.

In fact, if Kishi had any integrity NaruSasu WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN CANNON. It just can’t be topped, no matter how you look at it. I mean, NaruSaku bows the fuck out, I can’t even TOUCH NARUSASU, IT IS THE BEY-Z, NARUSAKU IS JUST BRANGELINA.

In fact, if the manga had ended NaruSasu I wouldn’t even have been mad. I mean it’s the only logical choice. 

But then you fucking give me NaruHina.

IMPORTANT: consider this, if your OTP was the couple in the cute ass after surgery video, who would be the one high on meds that doesn’t recognize the other but still thinks they’re the most gorgeous thing they’ve ever seen.

How the fuck do you NOT CARE if the love of your life dies just to save your friend instead when you OBVIOUSLY could have saved her along with him? All it would take for Sasuke to save Sakura along with Naruto was ONE swipe of that bird, damn it. And he didn’t give one shit about that.

Three years after his leaving, when he saw again Team 7 (Team Kakashi). He didn’t jump on Sakura to hug her (as if he could not speak from where he was, as if he couldn’t bear see her and not touch her after all this time.) but he DID on Naruto.

This is truuuue love. Take your best friend in your arms when the love of your life is three meters next to him.

Let’s not forget that Sasuke had called Sakura his ‘one and only’ and implied that the only light left that could pull him out of the darkness was Sakura and-

Well, he also said that he always looked after Sakura and that he would feel pain if Sakura was in pain. He also said Sakura was the only person he would accept now because she is the only one who never gave up on him.
