Do you think before Lloyd, before the mention of the green ninja and before the prophecy of the green ninja became such a big deal, that Wu was “The chosen one”?
Do you think people looked to Wu, every time anything and everything happened, for an answer or plan or words that will help them?
Do you think Wu always had to lead wars, train individuals, be as wise as possible, and even more just to ensure one of his badly made decisions doesn’t end in lives being lost? That he couldn’t afford to make bad decisions because not only were peoples lives in danger, but so was people care and respect for him?
Do you think he sat, feeling the weight of his burdens, of all the expectations, of all the responsibilities and power, weigh him down until he only wished he could become dust under such a heavy rock? Knowing that he will never get to escape it all because he knew no one else could stand up to his position?
Do you think he felt grief overtake his mind when he realised he could no longer rely on Garmadon as a rock anymore? The venom eroding him away?
Do you think he felt despair, and regret, as well as resignation, once he saw Lloyd in his old position?
Do you think the Fsm once stood in the position Wu now is, only able to watch a kind and powerful soul be burdened with the world, cause no one else could be?
I wonder if Garmadon looked at Morro that same way. A child in his position.
At least the brothers had the chance to change one of their children’s lives.
