If the ninja could choose what element they could get i don’t think any of them would choose their originals because of the most stupidest reasons.

Nya would choose fire because of how its over all the most destructive, and therefore most challenging to master and one of the most powerful, to control.

Kai would choose earth because of the strength factor, seeing as he’s a blacksmith, but also because early seasons Kai would put strength above all due to his protective tendencies.

Jay would choose green energy or whatever Lloyd’s element is because it’s one of the most confusing and interesting elements, and he honestly loves solving things.

Lloyd would choose water because he can get fish out of it.

Cole would choose ice because of the resistance against temperatures, and because now he can keep his food cold if needed for a long time, and he can make ice cream cake easier.

Zane would choose electricity because it feels funky. Bro has no idea it’s because he’s funky.

If this was an au it would be like that one mlp episode where all the ponies switched cutiemarks and had no idea why they just didn’t fit with who they are. Whole song and dance sequence and all.

Morro would choose amber because he could literally have any element when he wants too and he would master every single one just to show he’s the best at what he does. Also because he’d find it hilarious if he could just blast water and dirt at someone at the same time.

Skylor would love to have wind simply because of the sheer power and flexibility it comes with. Also she can carry stuff easier so.

The ninja ninja too often they need lives man

I can imagine Cole using his free time to do arts and crafts and just go on huge drawing sprees after not being able to draw for so long. He uses charcoal and ink the most.

Kai steals as many random clothes that no one wears or are ripped and either fixes them up with or creates the most stunning designs on them with his amazing sewing skills.

Zane has a little area in his room where he practices and sometimes even records break dancing videos for others to help learn off of. He also sometimes runs and ice cream cart in the city park and holds up a sign whilst break dancing.

Nya enjoys gardening near ponds and rivers. She enjoys making the surrounding area beautiful because then the water also looks beautiful. Whenever there’s fish there too, she starts gossiping with them.

Jay likes go visit really random and small shops that have the most weirdest and coolest and nicest stuff. Sometimes he goes to this coffee shop that sells fake skulls and cute plush cats, and then he’s at this small book store that also gives away shiny rocks. If it’s a place he can sit at he sometimes brings his laptop to start programming for a bit, making websites or games.

Lloyd likes bungee jumping and exploring really supposedly paranormal areas to see if there’s actually something going on because he is so bored. He also likes to play football with kids in the park and sometimes he lets them win, other times he holds no mercy, and other other times those kids demolish him in the game.

Pixal goes and paints her nails, but also opens up a little stall to do others nails and talk to them so she can start socialising with people other than the ninja.

You can’t tell me Kai didn’t start flying around like iron man when he first found out he could shoot fire from his feet. Just picture when tony stark was making his suits and kept flying into stuff but its Kai trying to be cool before flying headfirst into the TV.

He’s using all his upper body strength to make sure his head doesn’t go bang against the ceiling his feet really like guiding him too. He’s literally yelling ‘INCOMING!!’ Like some cartoon character and for some reason he and Jay thought it would be a genius idea if Kai and his untrained ass tried to fly with fireworks attached to him. Best part? Jay made extra sure that the strings that light them are near his feet.

A flying Kai who eventually has the time of his life and learns how to use his fire feet and a beautiful colour filled sky for Jay to show Nya and the others definitely seemed like a win win to them.

No one else did when Kai was littered in burns and Jay’s asthmatic ass was covered in ash and smoke because Kai kept flying close to the ground.

Jaya in dragons rising except they took the whole ‘hair holds memory’ too literally and Jay grew his incredibly long and uneven and Nya cut her hair short again except its even shorter then it used to be.

Jay really took it literally, whole memory loss identity crisis and all.

Whose to say the ninja would actually recognise a living, breathing Morro when they only knew him green, see through, and dead.

I highly doubt the whole green and see through thing made it easy to see all his facial features when you can also see a chair through him.

So i personally find it likely that Morro could just wear a baseball cap to hide the green streak, maybe some makeup if he still has his under eye markings or a green glowing scar like Cole’s, and just walk freely around Ninjago.

Like maybe Wu might recognise him, that was his first student after all and technically his kid, but the last time he saw a living Morro was decades ago and when he was ten, so.

But Morro might still get away with it seeing as Wu doesn’t seem like the type to be around Ninjago city often, so all he really has to deal with is the ninja and their friends.

He actively avoids Chen’s noodle house unless he’s feeling self destructive enough, he has to hide from Jay and Lloyd at the comic book store in the isle right next to theirs, he actually does frequent Dareth’s restaurant until he almost bumps straight into Nya, he goes no where near that large tower in the middle of the city (Borg tower) and instead frequents the library where he comes face to face with Zane, and when he runs off barely making it by he almost runs head first into Cole who just picked up some cake and was now meeting up with Zane.

If this was a fanfic, Cole and Zane would end up talking to a very reluctant Morro, somehow forcefully convince him for his number from a phone he magically got, and would be stuck with two ninja trying to interact with this guy name ‘roe’

Kai the typa hater to actually put in effort to study and make a self breaking mirror with a remote just so he can break it every time Jay walks passes it.

Best part? No ones knows its Kai breaking it, but everyone knows its Kai having to replace it since it was a gift he got for Wu. Special made frame and glass that he keeps in the living room.

Why is everyone finding and getting along with Jay except from Nya

Au where Jay gets his memories back right after the tournament but he’s so completely and utterly mortified he can’t bring himself to go see his family again.

Next thing you know you have either Kai or Morro finding this twat in a bush writing a speech to apologise to Nya ready re-propose and say he didn’t mean it.

Kai because you just know that guy would be making fun of Jay, and Morro because Jay would end up ranting and following Morro around after he very clearly started walking away. They both would also find a way to knock Jay out, drop him at the monastery and call it a day.

Jay: i hurt her so much in that battle.

Kai, eyeing Jay’s black eye: i think she hurt you and your weak bones more, Mr amnesia.

Why tf was Jay always jumping my man Cole over Nya every time PLEASE 😭😭

I know theres not much on the whole Dragonians rn since they’re gonna be shown in season 3, likely with Morro and Jay.

I’ve heard it be called the Dragonian Storm village, so it makes a lot more sense as to why both Morro and Jay would be big factors in that season seeing as Morro was previously the master of wind, which was also a part of the storm element of Wojira, and with Jay’s lightning fitting the theme.

But i haven’t heard a lot about the fact that Dragonians is literally Dragoni+ans (though, there definitely has been some stuff about it)

Its not just about the dragons.

I think this season could actually showcase Dragoni’s like Lloyd, Garamdon, Wu, and the Fsm and also show some more lore into the dragoni thing. They might just need split into groups as well, some being the villains of the season and some being the heroes.

I think if what I’m saying is true, they might just finally explore more into Lloyd’s dragoni heritage and we might get to see glimpses of oni Lloyd, and maybe even a dragon version of Lloyd too. Not to mention it may also give an explanation as to what happened to the Oni after the merge.

We’re well aware that the Dragons travel across the merged realms and live in island or whatever in groups to remain safe, but there’s bin no mention of the Oni whatsoever. Thsi season may expand on the Oni, the Dragoni’s and Lloyd, as well as introduce Morro and more content on evil Jay, as well as mentioning some lore on the Cursed and Departed realms, specifically in Part 1 of the season. Part 2 may breach more into the realms of the dead after making some ground to stand on in Part 1.

These are all theories and assumptions though, but man i do hope they talk about some of them because the way we all are practically starving for Oni Lloyd content is crazy 😭

Wholeheartedly believe that jay would looks like a homeless guy during his forbidden five phase where his skin is all sickly and his hair just grew unbelievably longer and completely unevenly.

Since Jay proposed to Nya and almost accidentally accepted Kai’s (practice) proposal, that means he moved to both smith siblings. Who’s to say that since his new forbidden minifig is with Morro’s in the leaked new set, that he won’t be trying to move to both of the Wojira duo too.

And its because he also looks similar to Nya, like how Kai does.

Oh my God if Morro is coming back in dragons rising the potential of a lot of other characters coming back just got higher.

I really am wondering how they’re gonna make it work having a whole realm of dead people who should be resting after DEATH is gonna work now having to exist on the same realm as, you know, LIVINB PEOPLE.

If they can’t give a good explanation on that who’s to say i can’t have Zane and Dr Julien meet again. Who’s to say Cryptor can’t make a return too to mess up everyone’s lives. WHO’S TO SAY CRYPTOR CANT BE THE REASON PIXAL COME BACK HMMM

Like why can’t i know have the ninja meet their predecessors in their elements. Why can’t Jay meet his bio parents WAIT. WAIT MAYBE THATS WHY HES IN THE SAME SET AS MORRO MAYBE MORRO WILL HELP US GET SOME LIBBER AND CLIFF GORDON LORE

And why can’t Harumi have her parents again. Why can’t Cole meet his mom again. Man they really need to explain the deal with the departed and cursed realm and SOON. This is way too many unanswered questions.

You can’t tell me that with Jay didn’t learn how to play the violin to be the little shi we all know he is.

Plasma except they platonically hate each other

Jay the type to be one of those heavy breathers. Its a pain to be in a quiet room with him because my GOD you can hear his lungs take each breath in but if you tell him to stop he’ll look all embarrassed and ends up not breathing at all. Kai resorted to slowly burning the oxygen in the room so Jay won’t consume all of it. Teaching em how to breathe like a normal person.

Nya is the type to have those really quiet coughs, but also always NEEDS to cough. So sometimes she’s just constantly coughing quietly and it gets awkward so she tries to hold it in, only to burst out coughing and then starts snorting because Lloyd was staring at her the whole time she was struggling. They both were giggling and just kept going when Nya kept coughing.

Cole always sniffs. He feels the cold often and he sniffs uncontrollably. When it’s too hot he starts sniffing uncontrollably. Not a single sniff actually fulfils its purpose of existence and he refuses to awkwardly blow his nose, so he’s doing his best to quietly sniff but somehow Zane always ends up having to pass him some tissue.

Kai has those really weird and uncontrollable shivers you might have at random. Like one second he’s sitting on the sofa comfortably, the next he’s shaking as if he just got one single electric shock and then acts like nothing just happened when Nya’s side eyeing him.

Lloyd is the only one who actually went to school. He has went through every single one of these in a quiet classroom or dormitory and it’s horrible when you have people- who literally do it too- judge you over it. However, Lloyd always needs to twitch his face. Like his nose, or eyebrows, or his eyes even. He doesn’t notice he does it until Brad asked what the hell was wrong with him. And then made everyone call him bunny Lloyd for the rest of the day because he twitched his nose like one. No i could not make up a better name but these are 10yr olds leave me alone

Zane is the one always stare at them, and then place medicine or whatever right in front of them. Turns out Kai was anaemic, and Jay had asthma, and no realised until Zane’s judging eyes landed on them. He made Pixal put in a small compartment into his body that just holds medicine for these specific issues because he is SICK and TIRED of these lot.

If Morro ever came back, the relationship between him and the ninja would be very complicated.

Morro, a few years back in canon, came down to ninjago to destroy it all. He came back and proceeded to possess Lloyd for the max amount of a month, and fought all the ninja multiple times leaving them almost dead. He also ended up losing, and at the end of it all it was only then that he realised it was all for naught. He could’ve gone back to Wu, but he didn’t. He chose the harder route and is now reaping what he sowed. It was at the end that he had a change of heart. Later, on the DotD, he ended up coming back and helping Wu and the ninja. Not because he’s a good person, but because he wanted to. At this point, Morro did not care for harming others nor all of Ninjago, his vengeful nature was thrown out the window.

Out of guilt and for the sake of having some form of peace, he helped the ninja by helping them remember Cole. And that was that, he immediately began leaving and was never heard from again.

Lloyd no longer is all that affected by Morro in the current time, as seen from how he casually brings him up and said to Harumi how Morro wasn’t the worst villain he ever faced. That does not mean he no longer has the trauma or the memories, but it does mean it wouldn’t leave him a crying mess if he saw Morro again.

However, he and the ninja would still be very tense and aggressive if they ever saw Morro again. They would hesitate to attack, mainly because its unlikely Morro is attacking them at that moment and because they recall the DotD. They would hear him out, maybe even ask him for help if the situation calls for it. They would not get along with him though.

Lloyd would actively avoid him, but if he ever did come across Morro they would be stuck in a tense silence, and Lloyd would be very argumentative when it came to him.

Kai would avoid him too, but if they were ever in the same room best believe those two are fighting.

Cole or Zane wouldn’t avoid him, but they wouldn’t acknowledge him either. And when they do, they’d be very uncaring? Ig? Like, monotonous, i suppose.

Nya wouldn’t avoid him, but she would always argue and cuss him out.

Jay is the one who avoids him and also never is actually stuck in a situation with him unless someone else is there.

Morro would also argue with all of them if they do, and actively avoid them all. He would start and participate in arguments too, just like them.

Their personalities and traumas would clash, and to be perfectly honest, forgiveness is not on the table when such an old would is opened back up.

However, i DO think second chances or at the very least becoming friendly with each other is on the table. Through a long journey of self sacrifice and talking because they have no other choice and through understanding they are no longer the same people. And because of Wu.

Let’s be honest if Wu (alive or in his weird orb ghost form) was there they would be a lot more cordial with each other.

But yeah, it would take a LOT to get the ninja and Morro to actually get along, but i do think it’s possible. It would start off as a huge mess for a long time, and it would probably get worse too, but eventually they would get along due to the situation they are likely to be forced into.

Like in a battle, or someone sacrifices themselves for the other, or they get into one of those cliche situations where two of them are stuck in a room or smth together and they have to talk it out or they’ll go insane, or they have an argument that no can stop or they can’t just run away from and end up spilling how they actually feel and shi.

I am TELLING YOU. It would take all those cliches to make them get along.

OH LIKE HOW ZUKO DID WITH THE GAANG THATS HOW.

It would take Morro proving himself to have changed for any of them to get along. But knowing this guy he wouldn’t try and it would happen by accident.

I’m using Garmadon and Harumi as examples as they both were horrible people who hurt Lloyd and the ninja a bunch, but they gave them both a second chance and Lloyd (somewhat) forgave them both after they changed and proved it. I think it is possible the same could happen with Morro, because they’ve done this multiple times. With Harumi, Garmadon, Pythor (still became evil again tho), Skylor, Pixal, and so on.

Another reason why is because each of those characters had a unique connection with another ninja or someone in their group. Skylor with Kai, Pixal with Zane, and the other three with Lloyd. Who does Morro have a relationship with? Wu. I find it likely that with Wu supporting Morro the same way those three did with their ‘villains’ the others would be just a tad more willing to at the very least hear him out.

So pretty much the relationship between Morro and the ninja is like a married couple about to divorce because they were in a shi situation and Wu is the marriage councillor who’s doing his best.
