My family got me a cute little cake for my birthday hehe

Also spent it at a pet/plant expo and made a new friend! Overall a good day

Been absent her for little while because I’m tryjng tk make the most of ajanuary before wirk started but yeah belated happy new year yall!

This year my buggest resolutions are to sleeb more (and at reasonable time) and to pace myself with work a little bit better. I rly did not do a good job with taking care if myself last year :’) it more than half of it was spent being kinda miserable. This year though, I will try to do better. I’ll take less comms ,, so I dont rly burnout as bad as I did last year and try to draw more personal art (Need to repair that relationship with art…)

anyway , while I made a lot of progress the past nov-dec , I still have a few comms from last year to work on so i might not open commissions til i finish a few more. I’ll probably open again in february(?)

2 day seminar workshop is done wahoo but mygohd ive only had like 8 hours of sleep in almost 2 days djdhd my head hurts so bad i think i might catch a cold in the next few days too i can feel it in my sinuses e-e… It was a good experience though, many learnings. My public speaking was chlleneged, i was talking for like 7 hours, ive never had to talk that much in my life gosh…

Anyway, commission update!

i might be uh sick and resting for 2 or 3 days but will continue working on comms again when i feel less ded. Gonna hopefully finish all the remaining and still ongoing ones before january (or before christmas ig … i want to just sleep for the holidays…)

They were supposed to be “messy comms” but uh I can’t help not putting too much effort in them so I’ll just stick to the old/usual prices from before (60-65 usd) … Gonna make a post in January! I’ll only be offering bust up for a while cuz the burnout is still kicking my ass but i cant rly stop :’) Bust up comms are a lot easier and faster to do and it doesnt require a lot of thinking

Currently wont take anymore til next year because I want to finish all the ones I still have rn and a few them are big pieces so I’m gonna try and focus my enrgy on those this whole month so I can hopefully relax a bit during the holidays

theres a seminar workshop in a few days that i want to attend to expand the knowledge on vestibular rehab but it was the last day of sign ups and I didnt have enough money on me to signup but then boss texts “hey ur gonna do demo and discuss PT side of vestib therapy in said seminar and im like “HUWHAt” i was not aware this was going to happen…

I get to go for free now atleast… will just try to absorb knowledge after i suffer thru the anxiety of presenting ( i am not very good at public speaking jdhfh)
