David has Killian at the end of his sword, and backs him up against a deadly thicket of Dreamshade. With death at either end, Killian confesses to his ruse to get David up the mountain to save his life.

Prince Charming surprises Killian at the top of Dead Man’s Peak by pulling out his sword on him. Turns out David heard Hook talking to Peter Pan and isn’t about to give him the chance to do Pan’s bidding.
Sorry there’s not more of this but here’s a tiny drabblet of Hook on his FOURTH trip to Neverland (someone can’t keep away), running away from Lost Boys. Or trying to.

Baelfire’s furious when he finds a portrait of his mother (who he believes was stolen away and killed by pirates) aboard Hook’s ship. He attacks Hook with a sword, but Hook easily wards him off and dodges the blows.
Spared by Rumplestiltskin in episode 2x04 “The Crocodile”
Once again, Killian finds himself at the end of Rumple’s sword... but this time, Rumple declares he’s not going to kill him, because he wants Killian to suffer, instead. The heartbreaking look on Killian’s face as Rumple pulls his sword away reveals that Rumple’s chosen his punishment all too well.
On the Ground in episode 2x04 “The Crocodile”
When Milah arrives and interrupts Rumplestiltskin’s mangling of Killian’s heart, Killian is left in pain on the ground. He urges Milah to run and leave him, but she refuses. He then hangs out there while Rumple and Milah chat, and Rumple periodically pokes him with his sword just for fun.

After losing their duel, Killian finds himself on his knees, at the end of Rumplestiltskin’s sword. He says he’s ready to be run through, but Rumple has other ideas...

After a rousing swordfight, Rumplestiltskin manages to knock Killian’s sword from his hand. Killian is left on his knees, defenseless - the duel lost.
