Under a sleeping curse in episode 6x17 “Awake”
In order to wake Snow White and David from the sleeping curse they’re under, the rest of the town voluntarily takes on a small part of the curse, themselves. Killian is the first to do so, since they sacrificed another remedy in order to let Emma save him instead. David and Snow find everyone asleep around them when they awaken, but are relieved when they all wake up. Dave lends a hand to help his bro up to his feet.

Peanut with a head wound in episode 6x17 “Awake”
After being rescued from the Lost Boys by Emma, our pirate is sporting a pretty nasty looking gash on his forehead as he angsts about needing to propose to her before another portal gets him, then proposes to her, and then angsts over David and Snow going under a deeper sleeping curse so Emma could save him instead of saving themselves.

Rescued by Emma in episode 6x17 “Awake”
Killian’s execution via the Lost Boys is interrupted by a flash of blindingly bright light and the arrival of Emma from literally out of nowhere. Seeing her renews the fight in Killian, and he fights against the Lost Boys to get to her, as she fights to reach him. They barrel through the door together - and land with a thud (and a bump on the head for poor Killian) back in Storybrooke. Regina and Henry help them up and Emma return’s Killian’s hook.

About to be burned at the stake in episode 6x17 “Awake”
The Lost Boys have finally captured Hook once and for all, and after viciously beating him, they sentence him to death and prepare to burn him at the stake. This seems like the end of the road for him, and he’s more or less resigned to his fate, having exhausted every possible avenue back to Emma.

A failed escape in episode 6x17 “Awake”
After cleaving his shadow, Killian orders it to take him home and grabs on as it starts to fly away. Unfortunately, just as he’s sunk his hook into the shadow’s foot, the Lost Boys get a hold of Hook’s foot - and use it to keep him earth-bound. Unable to get free of them, Hook gives his shadow the wand and tells it to get the wand to Emma. He then twists his brace free of his hook... and falls to the gaggle of Lost Boys below, who immediately start beating him.

Cleaving his shadow in episode 6x17 “Awake”
After stealing Pan’s magic and infusing his hook with it, Killian uses a torch to cast his shadow onto a nearby rock, then uses his magic-infused hook to cut his shadow away from himself. Unfortunately, a Lost Boy shows up while he’s trying to do this, making an escape even more pressing of a concern.

Stealing magic from Pan’s tree in episode 6x17 “Awake”
Hoping that Pan’s magic is strong enough to circumvent Gideon’s, Hook steals some sap from the tree Pan stored his magic in, while Tiger Lily distracts the Lost Boys.

Freed by Tiger Lily in episode 6x17 “Awake”
Hook and Tiger Lily finally realize they’re both after the same basic thing - to get Hook back home and help Emma - and Tiger Lily frees him. The two of them work together to plot an attack on the Lost Boys’ camp, in the hopes of finding magic to defeat the spell keeping Killian from getting home.

Captured by Tiger Lily in episode 6x17 “Awake”
An unconscious Hook is slapped awake by Tiger Lily, who has brought him to her cave and tied him up. Coming to isn’t entirely pleasant for him, and he’s none too happy about finding himself tied up and held prisoner, either. He demands that she untie him so he can get back to the woman he loves, but Tiger refuses to free him until he agrees to deliver a weapon for her...

Knocked out by Tiger Lily in episode 6x17 “Awake”
Just as the Lost Boys are about to attack, they all fall unconscious when someone shoots every last one of them with poisoned darts. That someone is Tiger Lily, who emerges from the trees. Killian turns on the charm and thanks her for the daring rescue, but is confused when she replies, “Who said this was a rescue?” She then jabs him with another dart, knocking him out.

Chased by Lost Boys in episode 6x17 “Awake”
This episode opens with Hook still running from Lost Boys through the dried up jungles of Neverland. As he runs down a steep incline, he trips over a stick and falls the rest of the way down. This tumble gives the Lost Boys just what they need to surround him. Once caught, he tries to reason with the boys, but they only want one thing - to make him pay for what happened to Pan.
