So I’m currently working on Hashirama’s chapter in my fanfic The Possibilities (https://archiveofourown.org/works/47880880) and I’m also drawing some moments too. While I was drawing I realised this moment doesn’t happen in the chapter, at least not in this positive 😏 but I’m so proud with how it’s turned out I wanted to show it! Enjoy! Hashirama proposes to Sakura like this:

As a young boy, enamored by the green green eyes of his would-be wife of only 5 years old, the first born of the Senju decides. 

At 12, he levels an entire forest and builds it up from the ground - without his Mokuton. The would-be First Hokage -in another timeline- sweats and toils over the tough land with tools unfamiliar to his hands. 

He switches his kunai with a plow, and his sword for a shovel. He strains his back carrying soil and water to encourage his plants to grow. Under the sun and the rain, he carefully spaces out his seedlings his mind filled with thoughts of their children running through a forest he built with his hands.

And-and-and I love how cute you made Sakura (and fierce, facing Tobi)! ALSO, YOU NAILED TOBIRAMA with the collared shirt and condescension, holy crow!! (And *that* line of dialog between Sakura and Tobi? *chef’s kiss* you brought it out perfectly!!!) LOOK AT THE TILT OF HIS HEAD, LOOK AT THAT JAW LINE. IT IS MAGNIFICENT!!!

AN: I apologize for how late this is, I really tried to have it ready for @madasakuweek 0320. T__T It’s what I have ready to be posted so far of the chapter, which is primarily about Sakura’s past. I’m going to keep working on it and will post the full Chapter 7 of TAoDaRM when it’s ready.

Please forgive me, I tried. It’s tricky working at home w/ the kids and having little time to myself. ^^;;;;

As this update is close to 12k words already, grab some popcorn and settle in!

UPDATE:

Not-great news: - I’m still working on the full chapter for TAoDaRM. (T__T) Please forgive me. Good news!  - The biggest chunk of the MadaSaku portion is done and posted to AO3 as a separate mini-fic, all on its own. It has most of our fav TAoDaRM characters.  - It’s 15k+ words long. - The full chapter is 17k+ words long and counting  - I’m just over halfway through what I want to cover in this chapter... and am seriously considering moving a portion of it to Chapter 8 because this is ridiculously long and no one wants to sit there and read this for hours, quarantine or no. If I do move a portion of it, it will be posted sooner (and will also have a chunk of Chapter 8 ready to go).

Since I need to head into the office tomorrow to work, I’m not sure when I’ll get back to the rest of this chapter. Fingers crossed that work is canceled (Hah!) and I get a bit more time off to write. I’ve really missed it. Saturday and Sunday were marathon writing sessions for TAoDaRM (17k+ words!). I’ll see what I can do in the near future while I still have momentum and inspiration. 

Please take care of yourselves out there and leave comments on the recent fic updates. I’ve been unwell for nearly two months now and could use the feedback for my praise kink, hahaha. Thank you very much to everyone who’s commented on the updates so far, I’m so happy you like ‘em. :)
