Now that the English translations are out, I can definitely say that Juvia seemed to be under some kind of influence by Touka. Likely her memories were altered in some way, and she managed to break from it for a second to warn Gray.

I love that Gray was able to pick up on things rather quickly, as he know his girl well enough to see if something’s amiss. Right now, they’ll have the titanic wood dragon god Aldron to deal with, but I have no doubt that Gray will take heed of Juvia’s words. Things are getting intense!

Does this mean that Fairy Tail is going to be followed by another manga?

Judging by the previews Gray and Juvia look extremely good! ^\^

Thank you, animators! Honestly, after the canon unison raid was crapped all over animation-wise, and considering this will probably be Juvia’s ONLY time as a protagonist in the story, AND the fact that we wont likely be seeing much of her again in the anime until the Tartarus arc, this ep really deserved this quality. It was a big deal, and in many ways, a turning point for the Gruvia relationship, and big catalyst for Gray’s growing feelings towards Juvia, so I’m very happy they are doing this right! And Mashima clearly is as well ohoho!
