What does Izuku think of how Kai’s world works? Like the elements, dark lord, serpentine, etc

Also how would the teachers feel when Kai starts dropping hints that he was the breadwinner and raised his sister starting when he was a small child?

Izuku and Inko are probably the only people(at first) who he’ll tell the entire secret to. As far as everyone else knows, he was just hit with a weird quirk and doesn’t know how to get back home because his home doesn’t seem to exist “here,” and quirks are weird so no one would think too hard about it

ANYWAY, yeah Izu would be loosing his mind. He makes a whole new notebook to cover all the theories and questions and possible ways to defeat. And when Kai tells him about the whole Green Ninja prophecy and how Lloyd Is A Literal Child, he probably be trying to figure out every possible loop hole to avoid that outcome.

As for the teachers(and Inko) mmmmmmm it’s fun. See, Kai ends up seeking the teachers out for extra help because you know, he dropped out before high school, he going to have some problems. It’s going to just be a few comments and jokes, both around students and teachers, and then they’re just going to increase when it’s time for dorms.

However, I think things are finally going to come to light when they start talking about families, and it’s going to come up because Kai looks nothing like Inko or Midoriya. He’ll just say something like “oh yeah, Inko isn’t my birth mom, she actually adopted me a few months before UA. Not really sure where my actual parents are, they disappeared when I was 5 so I had to raise my little sister from there.” And it’s just……dead silence.

Someone asks for clarification and he just repeats how yeah, he had to raise his little sister and take care of both of them from when he was 5.

It definitly explains some of his behavior, but it definitely concerns all of them

What does ultra rate shiny hero eraserhead think of hero observer Izuku? (Does he even know the kid exists lol)

he's only heard a bit about him, probably from present mic. he doesn't know that the kid's after him as far as i've planned. he probably finds out more after izuku's career as a villain hits an abrupt end. all the teachers are told that izuku used to be a villain and is currently all might's charge. but i don't think he has many thoughts on him seeing as izuku is a gen ed student and more interested in bugging all might. i think maybeee?? they might have one or two encounters before UA? and in that case i don't think aizawa likes izuku

you mentioned in a Hero Observation AU post that Inko "may be a Shimura". does that mean you are planning to make her a Shimura in this AU, or that AfO ruined her life without checking first? also, is Izuku just. completely open about wanting to be a villain. what do the other UA students think of him? do they even believe him when he says that, or do they think he's fucking with them?

by 'may be' i meant that she absolutely is and i was just teasing anyone reading that like ohhh look at this new plot point i have for my au. afo absolutely went in knowing that.

with the first concept of the au it was more crack so izuku was, but by now it's developed into something less crack. he's sort of open about it around all might after what i would call part 1 of the au since all might already knows. i feel like while he also wouldn't outright be telling anyone after this point, it's not really something he feels a need to hide, especially with the lack of proper consequences for his actions.

i think mostly how izuku acts and how the other characters react to that will really depend on how his character has developed in my writing when it gets to that. which,,, ,may take a while since i've stopped hyperfixating on bnha.

Okay so I just revisited your hero observation au tag (beloved) and I am absolutely OBSESSED with the dynamic that exists between All Might and Izuku!

Toshi just gives off such exasperated cat owner vibes, like he keeps telling Izuku to stop pushing glasses of water off of his coffee table and plopping down on his keyboard while he's working on important documents (both representative of trapping heroes in this case), but Izuku either doesn't understand him or is very good at pretending he doesn't. Toshi will threaten the spray bottle, but both of them know full well he'd never actually use it bc! oh no! turns out that he's actually grown attached to this disaster child somehow! who could've possibly predicted this!?

Anyways, all this to say that if you're cool with it and have more forbidden hero observation tidbits lying around, I'd be super grateful if you graced us with more info! :3

hdsgjkhskg i'm always glad to give more info. (though it has been a while since i looked at my fic plan so i haven't got the best clue)

things that i do know is that izuku and toshinori eat every lunch together and that izuku's homeroom teacher is possibly present mic purely because izuku harrassed him the most as the hero observer.

izuku's in gen ed since he doesn't want to be a hero and therefor has no reason to apply for the hero course, and he missed out on having both shiny ultra rare eraserhead and toshinori as ALL MIGHT as his teachers because of that. he is extremely aggravated and unhappy with this. he doesn't WANT to be a hero but maybe it'd be funny to pit him against shinsou anyway cause he wants to be taught by eraserhead and all might so much.

shinsou finding out that his destined rival doesn't even WANT to be a hero: what the fuck is wrong with you, stop trying to get into the hero course

(izuku probably wouldn't be allowed into the course given his track record of setting traps for heroes and the fact that there's an on-going investigation going on around him in light of everything afo related in his backstory, but shinsou doesn't know this.)

aizawa (and also all the staff) probably 100% believes that izuku is all might's secret love child, since izuku does live with him after the first section of the au.

Sooo for the hero observation au! Why is AfO so invested in manipulating Inko to let Izuku do whatever he wants? Is he because he shows promise as a villain? Is he really thinking that, yes, letting this kid run along doing whatever is a good idea? And since it's not DFO, where is Hisashi in all this? "Away on business"?

okayyyy then, catzawa u r going to be very helpful and tell me if this seems like something afo would do. because i just wanna have fun and i need an afo that would do this for that.

it's not really about any promise izuku shows or it being a good idea, more that inko is a shimura and he's shown with tomura how far he's willing to go to get back at nana and cause toshinori pain in the same breath. he already has tomura as his successor and eventual body, so izuku is more of an experiment. just something fun to mould into something nana wouldn't be proud of from the side.

it's probably safe to assume that afo 'dealt with' hisashi and that him being overseas working really means lmao hisashi is DEAD AF.

(and then toshinori comes along and moves in next door to them and afo decides it could be interesting to cut contact and see how it all plays out)

honestly i think it might possibly be a pretty ambitious reach to go ohhh yeah afo was just fucking with them for fun, but it makes the au work sooooo???? what r ur thoughts?

Hello May i learn more about our dear observer villain, catcher of heroes like its Pokemon?who are the three that were easiest to catch and the hardest? Aside from eraser and naomasa that is. How is observer still not caught? How does he get away?

Also is inko still herself? İs her personality intact even if her memories arent? Or is she just a shell now not unlike kurogiri? Does kurogiri and shigaraki know of mido

okayyy,,, this might be hard because i've only really thought about it in terms of the heroes who izuku traps in what i'd call part 1 of the au.

three easiest would be: mr. brave (so easy), hawks, death arms maybeee??

three hardest: all might, hawks, mt. lady

(you may notice hawks is one of the hardest and one of the easiest. this is just the way it is)

how is the observer still not caught? well, i don't really have an amazing answer for that since i'm not exactly THERE in my planning. but since izuku's like tomura pt 2 experimental version to afo i imagine he learnt a lot from him. he definitely has a number of gadgets that can help with getting away.

Inko's personality is still intact! she is the same lovely inko. she just has trouble remembering things that afo doesn't want her to. it's sort of like, if someone told her, hey, your son is being a villain that's kinda bad. it just wouldn't register to her and she'd carry on like oh (: that's nice

panda, could you tell us more about the Hero Observer AU? I love it, your honor

oh okay!! well, at the moment of the redraft (as far as i'm aware it'll stick like this but it is liable to change a lot) of my plot toshinori is actually next-door neighbours with izuku and inko. a lot of the plot for the first section of the au (ie. when izuku is free to do his crimes cause no one knows he is the one doing it) is centred around izuku and toshinori's relationship and the impact it has on izuku's morals and the way he catches heroes despite toshinori unknowingly causing that.

eventually though, a bit before the start of term when izuku would be starting at gen ed, he decides he is ready to trap all might and loses pathetically. toshinori and izuku have now realised wait a minute THAT'S YOU. and also izuku is now toshinori's ward cause hmm there's something suspicious about inko in a IS SHE OKAY WHAT THE FUCK DID ALL FOR ONE DO TO HER??? SUDDENLY IZUKU BEING ABLE TO BE THE HERO OBSERVER WITHOUT HER EVEN NOTICING MAKES SENSE way.

the au used to be dad for one but now it's not. inko may be a shimura. interesting...i guess that explains why afo decided to fuck them over.

fun fact: at first it was dfo but after my redraft, afo still does dadding but he isn't izuku's biological dad or even married to inko.

funner fact: there is a reveal. a shimura one. afo just has it out for the shimuras.
