I'm making the executive decision to ignore the online christian fearmongering surrounding yoga and just do it anyway. I have been feeling so bad for the past few months after giving it up but today it was the only thing that stopped me from crying hysterically during my workout and actually relaxed me. like sorry but you can't tell me that certain stretches are inviting demonic forces into my life when I'm just using it to care for my body and improve my balance
starting my pilates class tomorrow evening after I get home
going to a catholic mass in england was such a strange experience. I showed up early so a few people saw that I was new and came up to talk to me which was lovely, and they were all originally from ireland lol. they're big into singing here and really love their hymn books, from what I've seen both today and in the protestant evensong service I went to last week. they sing everythingg and add a lot of dramatic pauses when reading bible verses while we just rush through everything in ireland, but it's nice.
so random that my boyfriend also loves poland and wants to move there if the uk continues to get more unhinged...... truly meant to be
