He was Avatar Gun’s closest companion and best friend. And just as Gun, we don’t know any gender or nationality. (I like to think he’s a Earth Kindom man) Also, he seems to be more faithful on humanity’s value than his best friend.

He’s described as a skilled poet and engineer who wrote numerous books, one of them being “A Discourse on Floodplain Management”

He drowned on the harbor city of Ha’an after Avatar Gun’s failed attempt to hold back a tsunami. After this, Gun mourned him for “quite a while” before returning to his duty.

#we have so little context about them yet they already mean the world to me #I can't even imagine what Gun must have gone through when they died #I think the design fits really well. they look intelligent and analytical but with a softer side to them #and yes apparently my headcanon is that one of their reincarnations is Kavik. and I can sort of see that with this design #the dawn of yangchen #the legacy of yangchen
