I appreciate this video a lot--people don't realize how important it is to start slow if you're trying to come back from a completely sedentary lifestyle, and they get really hurt as a result. Straining your muscles too much, too suddenly can land you in the E.R. and the wrong joint injury can permanently affect your mobility, so please start with absolute basics and easy stretches!

things that i genuinely loved about this season of only murders:
- watching people in their 70s being incredibly talented and successful in musical numbers and sparkly outfits
- the thematic insistence that adulthood isn't defined by marriage and children
- actually, now that i think about it, i don't think anyone this season was under the age of thirty. it's honestly so good to watch people from their thirties to their seventies just pursuing the art forms they love and forming communities amongst each other
- the transition from death rattle to death rattle dazzle is a reminder that, if you have the chance, make it weirder! make it you. add music and sequins and dancing sea creatures. we could all do with more color and more singing.

only murders in the building is honestly like The fun little show. it’s so weird and so unlike anything else. the odd trio casting of two incredibly famous comedians in their 70s with Selena Gomez. the main plot revolving around true crime podcasts. the level of complete contrivance and silliness necessary for the entire plot’s existence. certain disability representation i haven’t seen anywhere else on TV. surprise bisexuality. the mystery-comedy-??? genre mix. Jane Lynch as a lesbian lookalike of Steve Martin. the most insane celebrity cameos so sudden and jarring that you get jumpscared at least four times every season. Nice, Hot Vegetables.
