Momentous day for the 173rd Regiment. Finally found what appears to be a genuine squad of Grenadiers.
Super pumped about this. They look great, too. They were having a good day when they cast these.

Just nuked angron and bloodied magnus
That’s gonna make em a lot cleaner on the table top
Never posted Krieg Boys vibing here, so here we go
The Death Korps of Krieg are the Brotherhood of Steel of 40K
...Elucidate.
I wanna hear this.
Basically it's the faction that's misunderstood and blown way out of proportion by fandom against all common sense and pollutes the world with the same memes over and over, and it circles back and gets reinforced by the damn IP owners in an ouroboros of shit. Todd Howard and Jeff Bezos make us encounter valiant power-armored Knights righting outlaw wrongs in the wasteland, the internet insists we need some dipshit in a WW1 gas mask lecturing a dying Chaos Space Marine for not respecting shovels or getting the vapors over the idea that he might not die.

I know you run your death korps as more French than German. A slip of the accent last Saturday led to the death korps o was running becoming Italian.
Do you have any thoughts about Italian death korps? Either in concept or execution
are Italians fatalistic or mordant enough?
I was imagining them all as mother’s specialist boys who March ahead believing with surety that THEY are protected by divine mandate and could not possibly fail, even as their comrades fell around them.
Sorta like a more positive take on fatalism
Also I wanna make some dudes boiling pasta behind an earth shaker
yeah all right I'm on board with this
I'll look forward to seeing this.
Finally finished the “London detachment” of Death Korps of Krieg miniatures I bought in London in Fall 2022.
It’s made up of elements of the 173rd Krieg Infantry Regiment, 251st Krieg Siege Artillery Regiment, and the 32nd Heavy Tank Company
Detail photos for the different markings and uniform styles for armor, infantry, artillery, and cavalry.
This was supposed to be funny haha and it makes me giggle cuz- what if Kriegsmen had a girl worth fighting for? Glorious death? Nah, love for a woman.
(I will tag my Warhammer stuff that is supposed to just be for fun and a joke as Warhammer 40K parody.)
Death Korps of Krieg 251st Siege Artillery Regiment Earthshaker Cannon 1-A « la Maquerelle » with crew
When in doubt, use your husband's metal prosthetic as a weapon. (Not that she couldn't just punch the fuc out of them, I'm sure.)
Death Korps of Krieg 251st Siege Artillery Regiment Earthshaker cannon crew
not a little embarrassed only to be realizing now that the Death Korps’ “Heavy Stubber” is a Hotchkiss Mle1930
Though this does strengthen my conviction that they are more French than German
When I was modeling em I used madsen guns and a few Lewis guns. It’s unfortunate kriegers attract the wrong kinda attention.
Well this is why mine have colorful uniforms and Frenchy names
the Adventures of Commissar Henrik Gynt and the Krieg 173rd
This is an original joke (I think)
the Adventures of Commissar Henrik Gynt and the Krieg 173rd
I stole this joke from Full Metal Jacket
