So, closing down commission printing for the foreseeable future. Shipping to the US is just too much of a problem and I don't have the energy to troubleshoot further.
For smaller orders, I shipped in 20 gram envelopes and printed a cage to protect the minis. Before an order made it to Ohio, a customs agent apparently opened the cage, pulled out the mini, and then put the two back in the envelope separately. Result: pulverized miniature that I had to replace and ship again. Even otherwise successful shipments often saw a broken leg or arm.

Yeah, that's me out. One third of the orders shipped to the States have resulted in unacceptable levels of damage. The only option left is a bloody solid wooden boxes and I just can't make that economical.
