Since every human being is composed of materials that were once part of a star, photographer Molly Strohl was inspired to bring this concept to life.
Dir En Grey killing it at The Baltimore Sound Stage! More Dir En Grey photos here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/steelsoul/sets/72157637500237895/ Dir En Grey is a band that I’ve always wanted to see live. From everyone I’ve spoken to, regarding their show, I’ve been told that it’s nothing short of epic. Dir En Grey definitely delivered. The leader singer came out in a cowl, wore colored contacts, and had detailed skeletal body paint on. Their stage presence was dramatic, intense, and visually astounding. Dir En Grey is currently on tour in North America and I highly recommend catching one of their shows. They’re definitely a band I intend on photographing again and again. Set List:

Butterflies can’t see their wings. They can’t see how truly beautiful they are, but everyone else can. People are like that as well.
