yeah, hi, me again. can we please just take a moment & talk about tim’s face when rosalind brings up lucy’s kidnapping again. my god, the look in his eyes. you can see the hurt all over his face. ugh. bravo to eric winter and his acting skills. melissa too, my gosh, they’re brilliant. and annie wersching, dang she’s creepy as rosalind dyer. chilling, haunting, but a great scene nonetheless.

Me, while watching it overall: 😳🥺😚 But in all seriousness, it was INSANE. In like, the best way possible. Holy sh!t 🤯

My fave part of course was all the Chenford content.

Because hello Lucy we see u girl...you’re waking up w/Emmett (your boyfriend? Is that what he is now?) AND YET THE FIRST THING YOU THINK ABOUY IS HOW YOU CAN’T BE LATE FOR WORK OR ELSE TIM IS GONNA MAKE YOU DO PUSH-UPS I CAN’T

“Nah, Bradford’s chill.” - Emmett says. “Not if he’s your TO.” - Lucy replies. Like yes honey u tell him

And then later omg my Chenford heart.

Tim really went 🥺 while talking about protecting rookies — & then LOOKED AT LUCY. He cannot even imagine another thing like DOD happening to her ugh I love a protective husband...I mean, training officer.

And then Lucy got MAD AT EMMETT for telling Tim how to talk to her. Oooooo girl is sticking by her man (oops sorry, I mean tRaInInG oFfIcEr 😆)

I did not need saving. —Lucy (😒) to Emmett after Tim reprimanded her about the tape & gun hand. Yep yep.

And then Tim, oh my goodness. Did anyone find it kinda 🥵 that he went all possessive-protective on her. Like he legit said:

She’s MY boot. I’ll talk to her however the hell I want. 😯 ok Tim we see u sir

And then don’t even get me started on their shop convos. The growth in those two scenes alone is fantastic. 😅🚔👏

Lucy, essentially: shut up 🙄

I mean I know there was a whole conversation where he was like “you’ve been doing that a lot lately” (smiling); & Lucy’s smart response of “my personal life’s none of your business” was great and even better was Tim’s little proud smirk & “there may just be hope for you yet” like OKAY 😆

And then later while they’re back in the shop they’re talking & Lucy’s like “I thought we weren’t gonna discuss my personal life”

Tim, essentially: u thought wrong 😂 *cause he just can’t help himself*

& Lucy simultaneously making Chenford fans go 🥺 & 🥰:

Because it’s PROGRESS but not the exact kind we wanted, you know?! 😬

PS: we stan a protective Tim Bradford okay. He was just trying to do his best by Lucy Chen because as he said: he won’t be there anymore once those 30 days are up (which....idk makes me nervous but I highly doubt he’s moving to NYC w/Rachel because the man can’t even leave for MALIBU CALIFORNIA for a sergeant job becausecthat would mean leaving Lucy so no he’s staying period end of story)

•JAY HALSTEAD CANNOT DIE. HE JUST CANT OKAY. HE CANT LEAVE HAILEY UPTON PARTNERLESS AGAIN NOR CAN HE LEAVE HIS BROTHER WILL WITHOUT THE ONLY FAMILY HE HAS LEFT ITS JUST NOT HAPPENING.

•Hailey had Jay’s blood on her hands. Like literally. If that’s not the saddest thing to think about...that she was the one who found him downstairs in that basement after he was shot by Angela, idk what is. 🥺💔

•When Will cries, I cry. Or more accurately, when Will Halstead is unsure, my heart sinks to the pit of my stomach because JAY HAS TO BE OKAY.

•Voight was livid. He was as mad as I’d ever seen him & that’s saying something. What an intensely powerful scene that was between him, Burgess, & Angela in the hospital room. “If Jay Halstead dies, you’re gonna wish you never lived.” YES YOU TELL HER HANK.

•Hailey’s face while Will is talking broke me. I hate seeing her so upset & distraught. Like she’s probably blaming herself & the poor sad bby doesn’t need to because it’s not her fault. If it’s anyone’s fault (and it is) it’s Angela’s. Crazy lady shot Jay for no reason.

•I sincerely hope Angela gets out in the cage or taken to the Silos & doesn’t come back. Or that Hailey gives her a piece of her mind. Or Voight gives her a taste of her own medicine. I hate her.

•PLEASE LET JAY BE OKAY 😭🙌

•also pls give Upstead their happy ending for the love of god they deserve it 💙
